Cloud will continue to spread westwards through the evening and overnight, leading to increasingly murky conditions across many central and eastern areas, with some patchy drizzle possible over hills. Any lingering thunderstorms across southern Scotland and northern England will soon clear, leaving a largely dry night for most.
