How to Setup Triple Monitors in Assetto Corsa Competizione/ACC with Correct Field of View +/- NVIDIA

This is a short tutorial on how to set up triple monitors / screens for sim racing in Assetto Corsa Competizione / ACC with or without NVIDIA surround and ensuring correct alignment and field of view (FOV). After receiving a lot of positive feedback for my last set up video (thank you) I thought I would put one together for Assetto Corsa Competizione. The triple screen set up is not completely straight forward and this should help anyone that is struggling.
