DIY Capacitor Discharge Tool for Tube/Valve Amps

Electrolytic caps can store high voltage even after the amplifier is turned off and such voltages must be drained before any work is started on any valve amplifier. The tool can discharge voltages up to several hundred volts or any lower voltage too. Highly recommended for amp techs and beginners alike.
