Registering your Pelican Boat or Kayak with DMV or Clerks’s office
You MUST have the Manufacturers Statement of Origin MSO before you will be able to get your product registered and be legal. Option 1- Go to www.pelicansport.com search MSO and save the document as a PDF. Then fill in the info. Take to DMV or Clerk's office. https://pelicansport.com/pages/mso Option 2- Go to same website and send email to customer service requesting MSO. You should be able to under FAQ on the website. Your MSO should arrive with a week or so. Calling customer service proved to be frustrating though as there was never anyone "in the office." Bottom line- Do not stress over the situation. You will be able to get your product registered as long as you are the one who purchased it and can get the MSO.
