Can I Beat The World's BEST Noli? (Forsaken)

Cloud is the best Noli player to ever touch Forsaken (better than rain fight me). Rank 1 twice, rank 2, CLF champion, VCUP back to back with Zham, and he's currently sitting at Abyssal while my peak is Platinum.
