In this video, I embark on an incredibly beautiful journey through the mountains of Tajikistan! Our destination is Lake Laylikul, located on the southern slope of the majestic Hissar Range. This is a truly picturesque day hike. We hiked about 3 km uphill, admiring the changing landscapes: from blooming iris fields to veritable snowfields at an altitude of 3,500 meters. You'll see the amazing "red mountains," ford a mountain river, and experience what it's like to drink Tajik herbal tea brewed with glacier water. Although we weren't able to reach the lake itself due to unmelted snow, this trek left us with a wealth of impressions and proved that Tajikistan's mountains are some of the most beautiful in the world!
