Sizing and Wiring up Leisure Batteries and Monitor | Van Electrics | DIY Sprinter Van Conversion UK

The first in a series of videos focusing on the wiring my electrical system in the van, starting with my battery bank. This video covers a bit about different battery types, how to work out what size batteries you’ll need, cable sizing and of course, wiring up the batteries themselves. I also bought a Victron battery monitor that I’ve included in the system as well. Before starting this project I knew next to nothing about electrical systems, so I spent a lot of time researching this them and including what I found here.
