These Villains NEED To Come To Ultra Rumble

My Hero Ultra Rumble has a tremendous amount of heroes in the game but is lacking in the villain department. With only 8 villains the game certainly needs more and My Hero Ones Justice 2 helps provide a look at what villains they could possibly add to Ultra Rumble. Today I’m gonna run some matches with three villains I think could come to Ultra Rumble being Muscular, Gentle Criminal, and Rappa.
