Physics Problem: Average Force on a Bouncing Ball
This is the lecture video for my online course. You can find the whole playlist here. • Physics 01 A bouncy ball (mass of 25 grams) is thrown towards a vertical wall at an angle with a speed of 5 m/s. It bounces off with the same angle but a slower speed of 4.5 m/s. During impact, the ball compresses a distance of 1 cm. Calculate the average force vector during impact. theta = 25 degrees.
