quick point tv dead, only led blink check main vcc 12v normal, 1.8v normal, 3.3v (or maybe 3.5v for adjustable IC) fluctuation, not stable, 5v normal (sorry not videoed, but you can check on the AMS1117 input pin) change regulator IC ofr 3.3v, but if used adjustable you can check resistor divider for adj pin before done just reference and of course not for beginner
