He initially thought this was normal, but as a child he experienced fear and torment until he found a church that helped him understand his "gift of seeing in the spirit" and allowed him to embrace his prophetic abilities. ➣ Understanding the Spirit Realm Blake explains that seeing in the spirit is about perceiving God's perspective and purposes, as revealed through prophetic imagery in the Bible. He sees the spirit realm as an expression of God's kingdom, and believes this gift is meant to be available to all Christians. ➣ Protecting Against Spiritual Attacks Blake cautions against viewing the enemy as a highly strategic opponent. Instead, he sees spiritual warfare as more opportunistic, like a lion looking for a weak or isolated target.
