Rowing the Atlantic Ocean - The Spinal Frontier full video diary

On 16th January 2012, four friends completed their epic challenge that saw them row 3,000 miles across the Atlantic ocean to raise money for Spinal Research. To mark the year anniversary of completing the race, the Atlantic4 have put released a video diary chronicling the highs and lows of their journey, including the cramped conditions aboard their boat the Spinal Frontier, painful salt sores and blisters, rapid weight loss and sea sickness.
