DIALING in an electronic COFFEE GRINDER

Are you struggling to 'DIAL IN' your COFFEE GRINDER? Scared to make a grind adjustment for fear of wasting coffee beans? Well here we hope to solve your problems and teach you how to adjust your coffee grinder so you are dosing the correct amount of coffee with the right grind size and making the best cup of coffee you can. In this video we use a MAZZER KONY grinder and GIOTTO ROCKET ESPRESSO MACHINE to teach you the process however you should be able to follow our method using whichever espresso machine and electronic coffee grinder that your're using. One other piece of equipment that you'll need for the process is a small set of digital scales. We are using the ACAIA DIGITAL SCALES in our video which are great quality but they do have a more expensive price tag. You can actually buy scales that will do the job for less than $15.
