Last video of this trilogy. In what was supposed to be my last day in Washington DC after two successful presentations the TRB Conference, my original flight back with Air France via Paris ends up being cancelled due to the weather. No problem, as I got to enjoy an extra day in DC to see some museums, eat at a nice restaurant, then chill in a new hotel.
