What's next? 📍 ST "Fakel." A veritable fortress of 40-cm-thick shell rock on a solid slab foundation. When will the building be ready for delivery? 📍 Dekorativny Pereulok. Perhaps one of the most labor-intensive projects, with an area of ​​250 m². Due to the dramatic elevation difference, four terraces are planned here. What on this property requires pinpoint precision? 📍 Komendorskaya. A two-level property where we poured a 300 mm-thick foundation slab just before New Year's. Why is a "zero-cycle" project in Crimea always expensive and challenging? 📍 Shturmovoe. A modern high-tech building with a flat roof on a steep slope. Having completed extensive terracing and retaining walls, we moved on to finishing the facade. What stage is the property at? 📍 Zaozernoe (Yevpatoria). A huge single-story house of 350 m² with a unique roof. Due to the roof overhang, we had to incorporate metal channels into the system. How much does a roof like this cost?
