CAR Forms Training: Buyer Information, Broker Representation, Notices, and Addenda

In this training, Amy goes through a focused set of CAR Forms that agents may run into when handling buyer information, broker representation items, notices, addenda, and transaction-related updates. The forms covered in this session include: BFPI, BIPP, BMI-SP, ARB, AAA, ABA, MT-BR, COBR, NOA, and ASA. This is a helpful training to watch if you want a better working understanding of how these forms fit into the transaction process, especially when reviewing buyer-related information, addressing representation or broker-related paperwork, working through notices, or making sure the right addenda are being used when needed. The goal of this session is not to overwhelm you with form language, but to help you become more familiar with what these forms are, why they matter, and when you may need to pay closer attention to them.
