Police have successfully apprehended the perpetrator of the alleged roadside assault that previously went viral on social media. The perpetrator was arrested by the Jagakarsa Police on Sunday (July 5, 2026) at around 9:00 PM WIB (Western Indonesian Time) near the Al-Wiqoyah Mosque in Jagakarsa, South Jakarta. When apprehended, the perpetrator was reportedly looking for food. During the arrest, the perpetrator was riding a green Kawasaki Ninja motorcycle, which is believed to be the same vehicle used in the assault. After being apprehended, the perpetrator was immediately taken to the Jagakarsa Police Headquarters for further questioning.
