LEALDADES INVISÍVEIS: ENTENDA O CONCEITO NA PSICOLOGIA

Hungarian psychiatrist and psychotherapist Ivan Boszormenyi-Nagy developed the concept of invisible loyalties, which defines how much the dysfunctionality of the family system from previous generations can impact our choices and behaviors in the present. It works like this: in a given past generation, conflicts occurred that produced a systemic knot, a conflict that was not resolved, creating a dysfunction in that system that harmed the dynamics of relationships between family members and their choices. In the present, descendants, without being aware of it, continue to reproduce this dysfunction as a way of remaining loyal to their ancestry. When they try to break free, they feel a sense of unease in the situation. Anguish and guilt arise, preventing them from following their desires, will, and choices. When they manage to identify this loyalty, this debt that is not theirs, but rather that of the characters in their history, they can finally, through awareness, break the pattern and finally be "disloyal" without guilt, building a functional family system. 360° GENOGRAM COURSE ➤ https://adrianabonneterre.com.br/pv2-...
