Technics SL-PG300 CD Player Repair - not reading disks
A full tear down and repair of a Technics SL-PG300 CD Player. Symptoms were player powered up but would not read disks. This video also applies to Technics SL-PG100 and SL-PG200 models. I cover the complete disassembly, checking the micro-switches (track 1 switch and both drawer switches). Testing all motors (sled and spindle) and removal, repair and lubrication of the track sled and motor mechanism (which had frozen from sticky grease).
