I’m a UEFA Pro Licensed coach with over 15 years and 600+ matches of experience across youth and senior football. How I got here… 2011–2017: Coached top youth teams at JäPS, including U13–U17 squads in national leagues. Focused on developing players in competitive environments and building long-term club structures. 2018–2022: Head Coach of JäPS First Team. Led the team to promotion to Finland’s second division. Built one of the most attacking sides in the country, averaging over 3 goals per game in 2021. Averaged 1.70 points per match across 126 competitive games with one of the lowest budgets in the league. 2023–2024: Focused on helping coaches. Shared my insights, drills, and match-tested methods on Twitter/X and connected with coaches across levels and countries. 2025: Launched this YouTube channel and the Football Coaching Hub — a private Skool community for coaches. Returned to coaching and won the Finnish U20 Championship. 2026 (Now): Preparing for the new season here in Finland.
