SOLIDE - Episode 3 avec Lorette Charpy

After a knee surgery last March, Lorette Charpy had to withdraw from the Olympic Games in Tokyo. This was a hard blow for the woman from Saint-Etienne, but she was able to bounce back immediately by looking ahead to the world championships to be held in Japan in October. We went to meet her last June to follow her during practice. A training session where she went on the apparatus but where she also did some specific exercises focusing on her knee. It was also an opportunity for her to come back on the circumstances of her injury and on the different steps of her rehabilitation.
