BEYOND PARADISE - Where is it filmed? This POPULAR Tourist resort is the fictional SHIPTON ABBOTT

In this week’s video we visit Looe in Cornwall, or should I say Shipton Abbott in Devon! If you have watched the brand new BBC TV series Beyond Paradise, staring Kris Marshall and Sally Bretton, you might have noticed the Cornish harbour town of Looe as being portrayed as a fictional town in Devon called Shipton Abbott! In our video we take a look at some of the filming location’s used in Looe which feature in Beyond Paradise, we also discuss how Looe might become an even more popular tourist location if the series proves to be a big hit, will this be good or bad for Looe? And why have they chosen to set the production in Looe, in Cornwall, when they are portraying it as a coastal town in Devon?? The standard description bit… We are Sarah and Andrew and we film our walks around Cornwall and publish on YouTube, usually weekly. Sometimes we stay in accommodation in Cornwall and upload our vlog. Sarah is fascinated by sea glass and likes to collect it so there may be the occasional sea glass video too. The channel is a hobby and we both have normal day jobs!
