KSGER T12 Review - The Best Cheap Soldering Station Value

If you're looking for one of the best cheap soldering station values on the market in 2023, the KSGER T12 (2.1S version) is definitely worth consideration. It uses direct drive tip technology (fast, accurate, and thermally efficient), yet is very reasonably priced at around $65.00 USD. This makes it a great modern soldering station for the hobbyist or student who wants the professional performance of a Hakko FX951 and safety features, at a fraction of the cost. Solder the most delicate SMD components right up to 8AWG wire. This versatile soldering station with the many available different sized T12 solder tips, can do it all equally well. There are a few minor quality issues, but they are easy to remedy or overlook considering the low price tag. At the end of the day, this little STM 32 bit processor controlled T12 soldering station is a wonderful tool for the hobbyist's workbench. I've had mine for 3 years now (April 2022) and could not be happier with the features and awesome direct drive tip performance.
