How to Export Data from VA Mental Health Apps
The Department of Veterans Affairs National Center for PTSD has created a suite of free mental health apps that provide self-help, education and support for PTSD and related issues. Self-care apps feature coping tools, symptom tracking, and direct access to crisis support resources. Treatment companion apps facilitate evidence-based treatment for PTSD and should be used when in treatment with a trained mental health professional. This video provides instruction on how to export data (self-assessment scores, homework, etc.) from the apps in order to share it with your healthcare providers or loved ones. For more detailed instructions on how to export data from each VA mental health app, see this handout: https://www.ptsd.va.gov/professional/... #mhealth #mentalhealth #selfcare
