Search for woman ends in stabbing death of Cunupia security officer in Princes Town— suspect held with knife • A confrontation involving a woman ended in bloodshed on Sunday, July 5th afternoon after a 39-year-old security officer was stabbed to death during a violent altercation along Charlotte Street in Princes Town. • Dead is Stephen Jack, of Extension 3, Lallo Trace, Chin Chin, Cunupia. British woman gunned down in Trincity as gunman opens fire— Flees in Nissan Tiida • A 65-year-old British national was shot and killed in a brazen daylight attack while standing outside a Trincity home with her husband on Sunday morning. • The victim has been identified as Elaine Mc Jouan, of Mohammed Ville, San Juan. Gunfire erupts near Penal Police Station; Venezuelan killed, another wounded • A 23-year-old Venezuelan national was shot dead while another Venezuelan man was wounded after gunmen opened fire outside a bar in Penal during the early hours of Sunday, in a brazen attack just metres away from the Penal Police Station. • Dead is Rafael Alexander, of Dookie Street, Penal. From hammer to homicide: Man shot dead after allegedly attacking another with a hammer in Santa Cruz— suspect on the run • The fatal incident occurred during the early hours on the roadway near Singh View, where the deceased reportedly confronted another man and struck at him with a hammer. Tragedy after triumph: SEA student dies just days after receiving school placement— never lived to start high school • Andrea Francis, a student of Longdenville Government Primary School, had recently learned she had earned a place at Cunupia High School and was eagerly looking forward to beginning the next chapter of her education. Moruga teen's final ride ends in horror crash as vehicle plows into utility pole • A teenager was killed in the early hours of Sunday along Edward Trace, Basse Terre, Moruga. • The fatal accident occurred at around 3 a.m. on Sunday, July 5, 2026, claiming the life of Adin Baptiste, a student of Moruga Secondary School Domino's delivery rider killed after losing control on rain-soaked Valsayn roadway • The deceased has been identified as Aaron Lewis. Caparo Man Killed in Collision Near Santa Phillipa Bridge • The victim, Jason Ramnanan, died in the crash, which occurred shortly after 9 a.m. after he was on his way home after visiting his grandparents in Caparo. Ramnanan’s death came less than 24 hours after another fatal road incident in which a man believed to be homeless was struck and killed by an unmarked police vehicle on the southbound lane of the Uriah Butler Highway near Home and Beyond. • According to police, the incident occurred shortly after 9:40 p.m. on Friday 3rd July, 2026. Curepe man found dead at home; police probing possible link to previous assault • The deceased has been identified as Leon Harricharan. Search intensifies for murder inmate prisoner after hospital escape— Commissioner orders internal probe • The Trinidad and Tobago Prison Service has confirmed that remanded inmate Robby Khadoo, who is facing charges of murder, attempted murder and wounding with intent, escaped from legal custody while under prison officers' supervision at the Arima General Hospital on Friday evening.
