Romania - Mood, Light and Lens with the Nikon Z System

In the heart of Transylvania, there lurks an enchanted forest, called Hoia Baciu. Haunted, according to legends. Fitting it is situated in storied Transylvania, which is itself, not short on legends and lore. We brought the mirrorless Nikon Z system in there, to see how we fared in the ghostly woodlands! While we might have been spooked, the cameras certainly weren’t and performed flawlessly. What was of tremendous note was the new eye detect AF system in the Z7 and Z6. It seeks focus in an amazingly accurate way. Color rendition, resolution, lens choice all were part of the technology that made the job fun to shoot, and helped us survive, photographically speaking.
