When the first officer arrives and figures out how the accident occurred, the woman blames it on premium gas causing her steering wheel to shake. A female officer arrives and suspects the woman is drunk. A third officer arrives to perform standardized field sobriety tests. The woman is subsequently arrested for DUI and transported to the county jail where she submits to an evidential breath test. The result of the test is 0.158% BAC.
