Honda Bros NT400 Restoration Project Part 7 CB600 Hornet Frorks
In this video I compare the Bros 400 fork with the CB600 Hornet Fork. I am going to use the majority of the Hornet forks to recuild my Bros ones. Here is what you will need to get this job done (no difference between my setup and the stock as the only difference is the length of the fork) Tools: Size 17 and ratchet socket for the top cap Size 6 long allen key on a socket and ratchet A 41mm Seal driver, I 3d printed mine but you can make a DIY one if you dont want to order it. A torque wrench to do it 100%. Consumables: 1L of 10w quality fork oil, I use Motul At minimum you will need 2 Oil Seals, 2 Dust Seals like these : https://www.wemoto.com/bikes/honda/nt... Fork seal (oil seal): 41mm X 54mm X 11mm Dust seal: 41mm X 54mm Honda P/N: 51490-MN8-305 You may also like/need to change: the inner and outer bushings Springs Any parts that are missing Videos are made in good faith and are not intended as professional advice. If you undertake any tasks from the videos, you are doing it at your own risk and your own liability. Thanks for watching.
