Appalachian Trail, 4th of July Independence Day on the summit of Mt Washington
The only way to get through this strenuous section of the Appalachian Trail was achieve it by brute force and sheer will. Definitively the most difficult, but also gorgeous and rare part of my journey with the highest peak of magnificent Mount Washington, the most prominent mountain in New England. Coincidentally, or by destiny, I made it to the summit on Independence Day, celebrating the 250th anniversary of our country. God Bless America, happy trails.
