One Piece : Sanji's Seafood Fried Rice

This has now become my favourite seafood fried rice recipe! 🐙🦑🦐 📸Instagram: @xoy I originally was going to use toasted seaweed for this recipe but silly me forgot to buy seaweed so instead I substituted it with Shiso Wakeme. Ended up tasing better than expected 😍😍 One piece ☠️ Sanji Seafood Fried Rice 🐙 2 bowls overnight rice 1 octopus tenticle (cooked) 2 squid 6-8 small prawns (deveined & peeled) 4 garlic cloves (minced) 1 tbsp oil 1 tbsp Soy sauce 1 tbsp butter 2 tbsp Shiso Wakame *You can find dry or moist Shiso Wakame in many Japanese supermarkets in the furikake section. Homemade Shiso Wakame: 6 tbsp Dried Cut Wakame 1 sachet (2.5g) Bonito Flakes (fine crumbs) 8-10 leaves Shiso/Perilla (finely chopped) 2 tsp Soy Sauce 1 tsp Sugar 1 tbsps Toasted Sesame Seeds 1/4 tsp salt (optional) *Heat Wakame in a small frying pan over low heat until aromatic. Add Katsuobushi and Shiso, stir for a few minutes, then remove from heat. Add all the rest of the seasoning and mix well.
