One of the Most Beautiful Cichlids - Geophagus sveni
Maybe this is high praise, but in my opinion, these are one of the most beautiful freshwater fish. Geophagus sveni are an Eartheater from Brazil with a few catch locations. The fish featured in the video are of my young adult group of Rio Parana that I grew out from Tangled Up In Cichlids. They were just starting to look fantastic, but were starting to outgrow my tank. To give them a larger home, they were rehomed to a fish friend. These fish are not full grown and will grow larger than my 75 gallon could eventually handle. This video is for entertainment purposes, mainly just to compile footage of my old group. I have also found the Facebook Group: Geophagus Enthusiasts helpful in my research of species and care: / 885276428256547
