Mother's Curse - Heart's Eye Films The Price of Disloyalty Dilek struggles with the illnesses and care of her mother and grandmother, and all the responsibilities of the household. The burden gradually wears her down psychologically and causes her to lose patience with the elderly women. Increasing unrest and arguments lead Dilek to distance herself from her family. Wanting to focus on her new life, Dilek decides to leave the house, abandoning the elderly women to escape the responsibilities. With Dilek's departure, the elderly women, left alone, struggle to survive, neglected and helpless. However, this loneliness ends tragically. Following the events, Dilek is forced to confront the reactions of those around her and her own conscience. The weight of her mistake becomes a great regret she will carry for the rest of her life. This story illustrates the importance of loyalty, compassion, and family ties, while revealing the severe consequences of indifference and lack of love shown towards the elderly.
