Exploring Tomorrow - The Last Doctor (February 19, 1958)
EXPLORING TOMORROW..... Little is known about "Exploring Tomorrow," the series premiered on December 11, 1957 and ran until June 13, 1958 on the Mutual Network. It ran in co-operation with "Astounding Science Fiction." The shows, running approximately twenty five minutes each, aired on Wednesdays at 8:05 PM. Twenty eight of the twenty nine shows in the series survive. The series was narrated by the editor of "Astounding Science Fiction," John W. Cambell, Jr., with scripts written by or taken from the works of some of the best writers of science fiction including Gordon Dickson, Robert Silverberg and others. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
