Altan's complete concert on 15 May 2012 at the Karavan Théâtre, Chassieu, Grand Lyon, France (support acts: Avelsinn, a irish music-inspired french folk band & an ensemble of young musicians from the local music school playing irish music). Altan is opening here with two medleys: a medley of slip jigs called "A Fig for a Kiss/The Turf Cutter" which is the opening track from their new studio album "Gleann Nimhe - The Poison Glen" (2012), a medley of reels called "Dark Haired Lass/Biddy From Muckross/Sean Maguire's" from "Blackwater" (1996), one of their most acclaimed studio albums. The third track is a song (also taken from their last studio album) called "Caitlín Triall" sung by Mairéad Ní Mhaonaigh. Sorry for the out-of-focus close-ups!
