Thankfully a lot of the grinding on this one was done by NRS' attempts to fix their mistake with the implementation of the level 30 towers in some legendary multiverses. So opposite to the problem I had with Captain Cold's legendary, this one did a lot of the work I hadn't done already. Which is just as well because it turns out that Cyborg's legendary is crap. Enjoy.
