Char 「TOMORROW IS COMING FOR ME」from "SOUND OF HISTORY since 1923 "

1923年の開設以来、数多くの公演が行なわれてきた日比谷野外音楽堂。その使用休止を前に開催されたCharによるクロージング公演『SOUND OF HISTORY -since 1923-』が映像化。現代のギター・ヒーローとして名高いマテウス・アサトを筆頭に、世界各国からミュージシャンを迎えて開催された一夜限りのライブの模様を収録した内容となっている。さらに限定版には、CHARの盟友、仲井戸CHABO麗市も参加した、2024年開催の『For another 100 years』の映像も収録されており、日比谷野音を舞台にした時間軸の異なる2公演をあわせて楽しめる作品に仕上がっている。 Since its opening in 1923, the Hibiya Open-Air Concert Hall has hosted countless performances. Ahead of its temporary closure, Char’s special closing concert, SOUND OF HISTORY -since 1923-, has now been released on video. The recording captures this one-night-only live event, which featured musicians from around the world, including renowned modern guitar hero Mateus Asato. In addition, the limited edition also includes footage from the 2024 concert For another 100 years, featuring Char’s longtime friend and collaborator, Reichi “CHABO” Nakai. Together, these two performances—held at different points in time on the stage of Hibiya Yaon—come together in a release that celebrates the venue’s rich musical legacy.
