JR11X Antenna Replacement

Several years ago I purchased a JR11X. I was one of the first to have one, and was very excited about it. I took it to my club field where I got lots of attention. Unfortunately, one of the guys standing around looking at it turned away for whatever reason and accidently bumped into the antenna at exactly the wrong angle and snapped it at the joint. This video is part one of my repair/replacement. Yes, I could have replaced it long ago for free through the warrenty, but it was flying season and this was my only radio, so I let it go.
