Which is Better: Modular Home VS Traditional Home Construction

Should you use modular construction or traditional construction? In this video, I go over the pros and cons of Traditional Home Construction vs Modular Home Construction for Real Estate Investing. These are both terrific methods to enhance your portfolio, but very different when it comes to building them regarding how much modular homes cost and how long they take to create. I go through the pros and cons, such as being able to avoid strict inspectors during every stage of construction or having it pre inspected at the factory so you don’t need to deal with the delay of inspectors. You also wouldn’t have to worry about the weather while the modular home is being built as its in a factory opposed to a traditional stick frame building where it will be open to the outside elements. With that in mind, you'd be giving up exclusivity to the ability of hiring your own contractors which could lower the build quality.
