You can, of course, also go to a marine supply store (it's best to call ahead to check if they have any in stock). I recommend pinning your chart to a 9mm thick piece of plywood measuring 90cm x 120cm. Your exam center will require you to bring a clean chart, without any tears, annotations, or erasures, which they will keep in their archives. Using this board will prevent you from having to fold and unfold your chart many times (which has a nasty tendency to tear at the folds).
