MICROWAVE EGG COOKER: OMELETTE INGREDIENTS 3 Eggs 2 tablespoons Milk chopped and diced veggies (i.e., tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, etc.) 1/4 cup shredded cheese salt & pepper to taste DIRECTIONS 1. Lightly oil the bottom half of the omelet maker and add some chopped tomatoes or spinach and 1/4 cup grated cheese. 2. Combine 3 eggs, 2Tbsp of milk and pour egg mixture over tomatoes and cheese. 3. Close the lid and cook for 2:30 minutes 4. Top with sliced avocados, chopped chives, salt and pepper. 5.
