The Format: 16 archetypes or themes, directly supported by at least 1 Extended Art Card (aka Over-Frame), enter this simulated Single Elimination bracket. The winner of a matchup is determined by a best-of-3 match; Siding is allowed and expected. Finally, both duelists went in blind to Round 1 - neither was aware of the matchup or specific decklists prior to the match, so that I could present as objective of matches as possible. As far as deckbuilding goes, there are no restrictions on only using archetypal cards or cards released in a specific region. Finally, Groups were determined by random chance, with emphasis on minimizing duplicated gameplay mechanics within a single group.
