Cast Away #55 - 🚜 ENDLICH EINE RICHTIGE BALLENPRESSE! 😍 Der Hof wird immer professioneller

After countless hours spent working on our ancient timber baler, we're finally treating ourselves to a real upgrade – and it's changing our work dramatically. But as is so often the case, every new machine brings new challenges... Today we're starting the day with a real bargain! Kalle has a round baler on offer – and of course, we don't hesitate for a second. Before the day ends, we snap it up and secure the machine while the price is still right. Even at first glance, it's clear: 🌾 These bales are in a completely different league! No one's carrying these by hand anymore. We'll have to come up with a suitable solution for that in the future. Before we really get started, we take a quick tour of the farm. After all, our farm has grown so much that regular check-up runs are practically a necessity. Then it's back to work, not chatting! I grab the Zetor with the mower-forage wagon combination and get back to tending to our coastal meadow. Fresh grass means new silage – and thus one of our most important sources of income. Meanwhile, Dennis is picking up our latest acquisition: 🚜 A disc harrow! After a quick demonstration, we head straight to the harvested field, preparing it for the next sowing. That's exactly why we bought the machine – and it's doing a great job. Things aren't going so well for me, though... well... not quite perfectly. I've set the track offset a bit too generously again, leaving little strips of grass everywhere. Now I have no choice but to painstakingly gather up all those narrow remnants.
