🇻🇳 After a very filling morning eating Com Tam and dropping coffee on the floor with my buddy @Macoi24, we did our best to work up an appetite throughout the day. At around 5pm, we felt hungry enough to go to dinner, and there is a specific food in Saigon that I crave every time I come down here, called bò nướng sốt trứng muối - phô mai. "Bò nướng" is essentially grilled beef, and you get this in most places in Vietnam. The special part about these shops down here in Saigon is the sauces you get with it. You get a salted egg sauce, as well as a delicious cheesy sauce, which give this dish a whole new life. I dare say I enjoy this more than one of my country's most popular dishes - steak. Plus, the incredibly friendly staff make it all the better.
