We are heading to Somalia, next! Lee is one of the world's most traveled people. He has been to every U.N. member state, U.S. state, U.S. national park, both the North and South poles, and 321 unique territories overall. He finished all of the countries in 2011, about 9 years before I will do it, and those 9 years made a lot of difference in terms of how we each approached this mission. In short, Lee wasn't able to leverage social media to lower his travel costs and get paid to travel... because it wasn't popular back then. Instead, he had to work and save his own money the old fashioned way -- making the journey significantly more expensive than what it's costing me. He actually started his travels before the internet took off, back in 1998! I hope you enjoy hearing Lee's story as he's a great friend and mentor.
