SARN HELEN - SOUTH WALES - PART 3

The 3rd and final part of the SARN HELEN route Hope all that watch enioy, Even if its for the stunning scenery that we have in South Wales, the SARN HELEN is not short if spectacular views This part is coming back from Banwen to Glyn neath Its approximately 20 miles in all. There is a mixture of everything with some technical up hill climbs with big loose rock to flowing lanes and then the odd water crossing to qet vour boots wet 😜 It isn't a hard route but is quite difficult at the start if going up from Glyn neath with the first section quite slippy and rough as you'll see in the first PART 1 where I had a fall... The ribs are healing up and hope to get out on the bike again soon.
