A fun and rugged off-trail lollypop loop to visit two beautiful mountains and a hidden backcountry pond: Joe Mills Mountain (11,078'), Round Pond, and Mount Wuh (10,761'). A steep, cross-country bushwhack to the summit of Joe Mills Mountain. From there, we drop down to the rarely visited Round Pond before heading up the slopes of Mount Wuh. The payoff is absolute solitude, unique vantage points of Longs Peak, Notchtop Mountain, and the surrounding Continental Divide.
