This is a backpack review / walkthrough for the EVERGOODS Civic Panel Loader 16L -- or CPL16 for short. This is a smaller form factor of EVERGOODS' flagship bag, the CPL24. Here are my thoughts as we walk through the bag after having a few weeks to become familiar with it.
