In Gabon, on the first anniversary of the unprecedented tragedy of the Esther Miracle, the transitional government joined associations of relatives of victims and survivors of the ferry shipwreck on Saturday, March 9th. The ship ran aground off the coast of Libreville, resulting in 34 deaths.
