Food Network contestant sentenced to life after abusing foster daughter to death
In this episode of True Crime Daily The Podcast Updates: Former Food Network star Ariel Robinson was convicted of killing her foster daughter by abusing her to death in January 2021. The 3-year-old girl, Tori, died from blunt force trauma injuries and had bruising all over her body. Ariel was sentenced to life in prison May 12, 2022, for homicide by child abuse. Ariel’s husband, Jerry Austin Robinson, pleaded guilty to the same charge in April 2022. A judge sentenced him in June to 20 years behind bars.
