Rotary hoeing organic corn

This field had kernza in it the last 3 years and there's a lot of that residue still present in the ground. Our plow broke down early this spring with the result that we had to use only the chisel plow, disc, and field cultivator to get the heavy mat of sod incorporated. It left me with a very poor seedbed, though ultimately I ended up with a decent stand of corn. I said I was going 12 mph in the video. I misspoke; I was going 6 mph, in 12th gear.
